It is not a patient portal and is not intended for the transmission of protected health information (PHI).

What we collect

We collect only the information you provide directly through the waitlist or contact forms — typically name, email, phone (optional), service of interest, and a brief description of your situation if you choose to share one. We also collect standard, non-identifying server logs (browser type, referring page, time of visit) used to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

Information you submit is used solely to respond to your inquiry, contact you when enrollment opens, or follow up on a referral. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

Inquiries and waitlist registrations are retained only as long as needed to respond and onboard you to the practice. You may request deletion at any time by emailing contact@prathermed.com.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies. If we add basic, privacy-respecting analytics in the future, we will update this page to disclose it.

Protected Health Information

Do not submit detailed medical information through this website. Once you are an established patient of the practice, clinical communication takes place through secure, HIPAA-compliant channels described during intake.
