For Referring Clinicians

A consultative partner for complex patients

Physician-led, consultative specialty care designed to complement — not compete with — your existing relationship with the patient.

Prather Medicine provides physician-led, consultative specialty care for patients whose complexity exceeds the time or structure of a standard clinical visit.

Written consultation summaries are provided following every encounter. Clinician-to-clinician communication is available when clinically appropriate.

Work With Us

Join Our Team

Prather Medicine is building a practice around a model of care that we believe is long overdue — thoughtful, physician-led consultative medicine for older adults and families navigating complexity.

If you share a deep commitment to geriatric medicine, palliative care, or aging and serious illness — and believe that older adults deserve more time, more clarity, and more expert presence than the current system typically provides — we would love to hear from you.

We are particularly interested in connecting with physicians, advanced practice clinicians, nurses, and educators who are drawn to consultative, relationship-based care.
